Ayyam-i-Ha is upon us! A period for celebrating with an open hand, this annual Baha’i celebration offers us opportunities to connect and rejoice with loved ones—and to impress your friends by casually dropping the word “intercalary” mid-conversation.

Running this year from Feb. 26-29, Ayyam-i-Ha precedes the month of fasting and signifies friendship, love, charity, and the oneness of all things. Gifts are also customarily exchanged as a means of demonstrating these values.
