How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders. For international orders, shipping rates are provided upon checkout. Please note that international shipping rates do not include customs, duties, or import taxes. You will be responsible for those payments upon receiving the item(s) in your country.

Yes! Enter your address in the checkout to see shipping rates to your location. Please note: Customs and Duties will be calculated upon arrival of your item(s) to your country. You will be responsible for payment of any and all customs, duties, and/or import taxes.
How long will it take to get my item(s)?
Most of our fine jewelry is custom-made to order in Los Angeles, CA. Therefore, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We will have \"Quick Ship\" availability on select items soon, which will ship out within 2 weeks of purchase. If you need your item(s) sooner, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to make it work!
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders come with a tracking number through our shipping provider.
Do I need a signature to receive my item(s)?
Yes. If you would like to opt out of requiring a signature upon delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, stating you would like to opt out of signature-required delivery. If you decide to opt out, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of any item(s).
What is your return policy?
If you have questions about any one of our pieces, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have. All of our items are custom made and therefore, all sales are final. In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the delivery date of the item and include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We will approve the repair at our discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
